Meet Fiona Holland HBCL team specialist. Fiona is a Behaviour Change Specialist at Human Behaviour Change for Life (HBCL). With a background in human health and wellbeing, she has spent over 15 years designing lifestyle change programmes that support healthy behaviours without stigma. Her expertise spans sport science, psychology, and education, making her a trusted professional in behaviour change science.
After returning to the UK, Fiona completed her doctorate at the University of Derby and began teaching in Higher Education. She also helped develop the first MSc in Behaviour Change in the UK, where she has taught for more than seven years.
