Fancy an entire weekend of Behaviour Change CPD? HBC Fest 2026 early bird tickets are now available. Join the HBC team and other change makers on September 4th –6th, 2026. We have a weekend of personal reflection, and connection in store for you. All wrapped up in a relaxed, nature-rich setting.

What is HBC Fest?

Every year, our change makers community step into complex spaces. Whether that’s team rooms where tensions simmer, community conversations that need care, or strategic meetings where clarity can shift everything. While purpose fuels the work they do, purpose alone isn’t enough. What makes change possible are human skills and values such as confidence, curiosity, connection and courage.

HBC Fest 2026 is designed for exactly that. Three days next September, we’re gathering a vibrant community of leaders, thinkers, and doers for a festival unlike any other. A weekend that blends immersive learning, personal reflection, and connection in a relaxed, nature-rich setting.

Why This Festival Matters

So many change makers work tirelessly but lack spaces that support their growth. Festivals like HBC Fest create spaces that allow us to pause, recharge, and stretch. Imagine starting your morning with some gentle exercise, then stepping into a workshop that doesn’t just teach you skills but lets you feel them through experiential exercises, storytelling, embodiment work, and creative problem-solving. Imagine sharing insights with people who “get it.” Imagine ending the day around a campfire catching up with new friends on all that you have learned and experienced that day.

What Attendees Say

“This weekend the Human Behaviour Change for Life team redefined CPD. There was no fancy conference venue, very limited tech, no hotel room, no session break toilet queues and no mediocre food. Instead, there was experiential outdoor learning in nature in a stunning location in small high trust groups with such a breadth of experience and expertise. We were fuelled by stunning vegan food, minds calmed with mindfulness and bodies stretched with yoga. As I packed up my tent at the end of the weekend and spent a moment checking I hadn’t left anything behind, I felt light – light with my load I had to carry, light from the fact I left nothing physical behind (no hotel towels to be washed, no hotel litter bin full of unwanted conference bag bits) and light with optimism for a period of reflecting everything I had experienced (learnt does not feel the right word). So often we come home with pages of notes never to be read again but this morning I am mind mapping what I want to take forward and it’s all there clear in my mind because I experienced it rather than simply sat listening all weekend. I sang, I acted, I juggled, I walked, I listened, I discussed and all these experiences together bring such a richer learning experience. A huge thank you to all the Human Behaviour Change for Life team! I took so few photos as I felt no need for my phone!”
